- Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?
For the last 10 years I have been a design strategist in the financial services industry. In my work I facilitate design charrettes, engaging both executives and design practitioners in finding solutions to improve customer experience. I have had formal training in design thinking from both IDEO and Design Thinkers Group, and I have CUA and CXA certifications from Human Factors International. In March of 2017, I took the LSP facilitator class with Robert Rasmussen. LSP is far more engaging than other facilitation methods I’ve experienced and I would like to build a better personal practice around it.
