Heidi A Spangler

I am an innovative executive with over 20 years of experience working with companies on strategies to engage audiences with content, build databases, and market products. After spending the last 7 years as a consultant, I realized communication, planning, a lack of strategic problem solving, and too much time in unproductive meetings were common threads with clients. I knew that I could be a better consultant if I was able to get clients engaged in more constructive discussions. So I set out to change my approach to business and obtained my certification in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. I enjoy incorporating this method in discussions with teams and find that it’s often a better solution for them than investing in a long term commitment and hiring a consultant. I enjoy watching members of the team engage in the process as they share constructive solutions and ideas. I often tell my clients that I am the “opposite” of a consultant because my goal is to help them discover their own solutions and ideas within their own team.
