• Hi Idan,
In my humildy opinion, warm up exercises are crucial for skill development.
In my cases, i take a full hour just to warm up.
I’m not in favor of all the exercises you would like to do in 2.5 hours. I wouldn’t do in that fashion.
What about less topics to include?
    Have fun,
    Rodrigo

  • Hi Pedro,
This looks really good, thank you for this note.
Are you aware if this cards are related to the Gallups Strenghts Finder basics?
    Have fun,
    Rodrigo

  • I’m not aware of how Strengths Finders Trainings are delivered. I have used the tool on my previos work at Hewlett Packard and it’s very powerful.
Since the tool i used was 100% online, I would like to hear on how to get the same learnings on LSP! :)

  • @massimo Hello Massimo,

In the last thread, you mention about a script to run your session.
I have builded one in Spanish, if you would like to trade.

That said, i’m curious to ask if you could share yours with me, so i can have one more vision on how to create this type of scripts.

    Have fun,

    Rodrigo

    • Yes of course I like to share. Keep in mind I always try to stick to the original scripts from the manuals. My adaptations are only in the questions I ask, that are specific to the situation or the customer. Oh, by the way, you probably noticed I am not here often, once a month or sometimes two months

  • Hi there ladies & gentlemans,

What for a great contribution on this topic!

I created a spotify playlist based on my own selection and some of the songs described here……. I dont know how to share it, feel free to follow me.

  • Hi Sofie,
I always ask the participants what them would like to hear.
At some point in time, them are the “owners” of the activity…. :)
    Have fun,
    Rodrigo

  • Hi!
I would recommend to give as much as 2 minutes per participant during warm up.
In my perception, the power of the methodology arises on the exercices after the warm up, not during it…..
    Have fun,
    Rodrigo

  • Hi Hugues,
I just found your note, im basically on the same subject.
What about some ideas i found netsurfing the web:
    1) building a duck with 7 pieces
    2) removing 3-4 pieces and explaining why it is still a duck
    3) build a tower
    4) build your ideal neighbor with the mini figure and 5 additional pieces
    5) build the same day, 3 hours earlier

  • Hi Matevz,

    Great opportunity you have!

If i were in your shoes, i would take the advantage of getting people to understand the power of a metaphor and the 3d perspective, all at once.

So, as an introduction exercises (similar as in a warm up), i would have them create a version of themselves with the mini-figure and a maximum of 5 additional…[Read more]

  • Hi Martin,

What I have done is to use LSP as a methodology for both parties to express them perspective on a certain topic.

So, my process is quite simple: introduction (warm-up), then perspectives and insights on subject a, then on subject b and then to have both sides to create a potential stabilized solution with a core concept of a and…[Read more]
