The Golden Circle- selling the WHY! - Serious Play Pro

Someone recently directed my attention to Simon Sinek’s TED video about: How great leaders inspire action. He gives a very clear walk-through of his Golden Circle talking about how important it is to sell The WHY before the HOW and the HOW before the WHAT. This definitely also applies to selling LEGO SERIOUS PLAY in my experience.

    Thanks for sharing Robert. I would even go as far as to say not only is the why-circly relevant to our selling, it is also what we are asking into in the identity framing of our Real Time Strategy workshops
